Designed and built by hand, our bespoke outdoor grid array provides levels (literally) to grilling techniques with a world of flavours, right here in sunny UK. 

Our deliberately selected firewood sets the floor for a symphony for the senses, elevating premium meats and fish with deep, aromatic richness, enhancing vegetables’ natural salts and oils combined with a tasteful smokiness. Each infused with the essence of fire drawn upon global inspiration and experience.
